Order

Do I have to create a customer account to shop?

No, you don't need a customer account to shop at Shoecorner. We also offer orders without registering a customer account. To do so, click on "Order without registration" on the registration form and follow the ordering process.

Why do I have to provide my date of birth when placing an order?

We want to offer you the best possible service. This includes, above all, the quick and smooth processing of your order. We need your date of birth, both to clearly distinguish you from other customers—perhaps with the same name—and as proof of your legal age.

Can I also order using mobile devices?

Of course, you can also order from us at any time from your tablet or smartphone. Simply visit our shop shoe-corner.de from your mobile internet browser. The website is optimized for mobile devices.

How does self-pickup work?

Order online or by phone & pick up in store

Order the items you want through our online shop or call us. Then pick up the items in our store.

Mon. / Wed. / Sat. from 9:00 to 12:30

Tue. / Thu. / Fri. from 9:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 18:00

Receipt and payment are linked

- The buyer will receive the goods after payment has been made via PayPal or advance payment via bank transfer through our online shop. Payment must be confirmed before pickup.

- The buyer receives the goods after payment has been made in our store. Currently, you can pay in cash, by debit card, or by credit card.

Return

How do I send a return?

Please send the goods in their original packaging (if the goods were delivered in appropriate packaging), complete, unused and undamaged with a shipping company of your choice.

Is it possible to directly exchange a returned item?

Unfortunately, a direct exchange of a returned item is not possible. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a credit note to the payment method you specified. Simply reorder the item.

Within what period of time can I return an item?

You have fourteen days from the date you receive your order to return items to us. Further information on our right of withdrawal can be found in our cancellation policy .

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Will I receive confirmation of receipt of my return?

Yes, you will receive a return confirmation from us by email after we receive your return.

How long does it usually take for my return to be credited?

As soon as we receive and inspect the return shipment, the invoice amount will be refunded within 1-3 days using the payment method you selected when placing your order.

Shipment

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over 15 euros.

Otherwise the cost per order is 2.95 euros.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery to you will usually take place 1-3 days after shipping confirmation.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver within Germany as standard.

If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an email to sandra@shoe-corner.de before placing your order. Please provide the item, quantity, and delivery address, including the country and postal code. We will then let you know promptly whether we can ship to your desired country. If delivery to your desired address is possible, we will also inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to confirm the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance.

Which shipping service providers will ship my package?

We ship our items with our shipping partner DHL.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation or post office?

Yes, we also ship to your packing station or post office.

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?

You are welcome to have your order delivered to an address different from your billing address, e.g., your workplace...

How can I track my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, please access the shipping confirmation email you received. You will receive a shipping confirmation, including the tracking number, for every package shipped to you.

Payment & Refund

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can choose between PayPal and advance payment via bank transfer.

When and how do I receive my invoice?

You will receive an invoice by email immediately after your order has been paid and the invoice will be enclosed with the shipment.

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

We don't generally offer the option of maintaining a business customer account. However, you can specify the invoice recipient during the ordering process.

How is VAT shown?

Of course, value added tax (VAT) is shown separately on each invoice.

Can I place a tax-free order?

We do not offer tax-free orders. Tax-free delivery is only possible to third countries according to Section 4 No. 1a of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

Can I pay in installments?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the installment payment option.

To which account do I transfer the invoice amount?

If you have chosen the payment method »Prepayment by bank transfer«, you must transfer the invoice amount immediately after conclusion of the contract to the following account: Sandra Müller, Bank: Kreissparkasse Saarlouis, IBAN: DE72593501100200662146, BIC/SWIFT: KRSADE55XXX.
Important: To ensure that your payment is allocated correctly, please be sure to include the order number shown on your invoice in the purpose field.

Will I receive confirmation of payment?

If you selected "PayPal" as your payment method, the payment confirmation will appear directly in your browser window. If you selected "Prepayment by bank transfer" as your payment method, you will receive a confirmation email after your payment has been received.

How do I get my money back?

Refunds will always be made using the method you specified as your payment method. If you paid with PayPal, the credit will be credited to your PayPal account. If you paid in advance via bank transfer, we will refund the amount of the returned items to your account.

How long does it usually take for my return to be credited?
